Greg Gaches President	Greg Gaches has been with Cable Connection for over 14 years, the first 12 years as the Company's General Manager, and the last 2 years as the Company's President. As General Manager, Greg was responsible for all domestic operations, offshore sourcing, and managing of the Company's P&L. As President, Greg is responsible for defining and executing the Company's strategic business plan, domestic operations, offshore sourcing and managing the P&L. Greg came to Cable Connection as an Operations Consultant with his own consulting firm, G2 Consultants. Prior to starting his Consulting business, Greg was the Director of Worldwide Operations for Sysgen, Inc., a manufacturer of tape backup systems, tape drives, and passive backplane computers.

William Parrette Vice President of Operations	Bill Comes to Los Gatos Cable Connections with over twenty years experience in Management and Engineering positions. His latest position was President / CEO of Solitec Wafer Processing, Inc. (SWP Inc.) where he spent the last eleven years in the semiconductor equipment manufacturing business. Before SWP, Inc., Bill was with various electronic system and computer product development start ups serving in Manufacturing and Engineering Operational roles. Bill has also served as a Design Engineer and is a holder of a U.S. Patent covering a Process Bowl Design used in Semiconductor Fabrication.

Patrick Shasby Vice President Finance	As our Vice President Finance, Patrick is responsible for the financial management and controls of the Company. Patrick has a degree in Accounting from San Jose State University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant. He began his career while attending college working in public accounting. He also worked in public accounting for another three years after college. He has a wide variety of industry experience with large publicly traded, privately held, and startup corporations including debt financing, treasury management, financial planning and reporting and income tax planning and reporting.

Shannon Jacoby Manufacturing Manager	As our Manufacturing Manager, Shannon oversees domestic production and production control activities. Shannon comes to LOROM WEST with over eighteen years experience in Management and Operations positions. Her latest position was Operations Manager for Wilco Wire Technology where she spent the last seventeen years in the industry of manufacturing custom cable assemblies.

Patrick McQuade Director of Sales	Patrick McQuade has been working in the Electronic Distribution and Cable Manufacturing Industries for over 20 years. After 5 years in Electronic Distribution he started Trinity Electronics. Trinity Electronics was a distributor of over 30 electronic component companies and a manufacturer of custom cable assemblies. After 10 successful years, Patrick sold his company and joined Cable Connection as the Director of Sales. Patrick has been with Cable Connection for over 5 years.

Harry Hildebrand Materials Manager	Harry joined Cable Connection in 1993 overseeing Purchasing, Stores, Warehouse, Shipping and Receiving departments. Harry brings more than 30 years of materials experience to Cable Connection. Most recently he served as Materials Manager for Sysgen Inc., a Computer Mass Storage & Networking Peripherals Manufacturer.

Gail Richardson Quality Manager	As our Quality Manger Gail manages the overall Quality Management System and Quality Control Department. Gail's career in Regulatory began while attending the University of California at Berkeley. While pursing her Political Science degree she held both Operations Manager and Quality Manager titles at a Bay Area Medical Device Company. Her background includes filing three Class IV laser 510K's, obtaining CE Marking for Medical Devices and implementing and maintaining ISO 13485:2003 and managing the overall Operations of the Medical Device Company.
