Greg Gaches has been a vital part of Cable Connection for over 32 years and plays a crucial role in shaping the company’s strategic direction and overall success. Under Greg's guidance, the organization has evolved from a regional leader into a formidable global enterprise. His notable achievements include the strategic acquisition and consolidation of Wilco Wire, spearheading successful technological advancements, attaining the rigorous ISO 13485:2003 certification, and enhancing Cable Connection's operations with the implementation of a new Epicor ERP system. Before joining Cable Connection, Greg held senior positions at Sysgen, a manufacturer of computers and streaming tape backup systems, where he directed the company’s worldwide operations, finance, HR, and sales initiatives.

As the VP of Operations, Jay is instrumental in collaborating with Cable Connection’s customers and suppliers to advance product innovation and ensure manufacturing excellence. Before his tenure at Cable Connection, he was the COO of Acme Portable Machines. His extensive experience also includes leadership roles such as VP of Engineering at Crane/Azonix, CTO and VP of Engineering at Kontron America, and VP of Engineering & Operations at Dolch Computer Systems, among others. Jay holds a BS in Computer Engineering from Boston University, as well as an MS in Electrical Engineering and an Executive MBA from Ohio State University.

Following the successful sale of Trinity, Patrick transitioned to Cable Connection, where he now holds the position of Director of Sales. In this role, he is instrumental in driving new client acquisition and spearheading product sales on a global scale, leveraging his vast industry insights and connections to contribute significantly to the company's growth and success.

Vince has been a valued member of the Cable Connection team for over 10 years, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge and expertise that is crucial to the company's success. He is responsible for overseeing the overall quality and compliance standards of the organization, ensuring that every aspect of operations meets the highest benchmarks. With 15 years of experience specifically focused on quality management and compliance, Vince has refined his skills in this critical area. Before joining Cable Connection, he held several management positions in the fields of quality engineering, quality control, and quality assurance, which provided him with a comprehensive foundation in quality systems. In his current role at Cable Connection, Vince is committed to leveraging his extensive quality and engineering expertise, along with his industry certifications and management experience, to implement innovative and best-in-class quality programs that will drive the company's objectives forward and enhance its reputation in the industry. Vince holds a BS in Electrical Engineering Technology (BSEET), a MS in Finance, and an MBA from St. Xavier University.

As our Manufacturing Manager, Shannon plays a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of domestic production and production control activities at Cable Connection. With an extensive background in the field, she brings over 30 years of experience in Management and Operations roles to our team. Prior to joining Cable Connection, Shannon held the position of Operations Manager at Wilco Wire Technology, where she spent the past seventeen years refining her skills in the production of custom cable assemblies.  Her wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience make her an invaluable asset to our organization, as she consistently strives to improve efficiency and quality in all production processes.

Harry joined Cable Connection in 1993 and has since been entrusted with the critical management of various departments, including purchasing, warehouse operations, as well as shipping and receiving. With a wealth of knowledge and expertise, Harry brings over 30 years of materials experience to Cable Connection, which significantly enhances the efficiency and effectiveness of the company's supply chain processes. Before his tenure at Cable Connection, he gained valuable experience as the Materials Manager for Sysgen Inc., a well-known manufacturer specializing in computer mass storage and networking peripherals. His extensive background in materials management has equipped him with the skills necessary to excel in his current role and contribute to the ongoing success of the company.
