Frank Shen is an accomplished manufacturing executive with over 30 years of experience driving operational excellence, supply chain innovation, and technological advancements in the cable and wire manufacturing industry. As the Vice President at Cable Connection, he oversees both BizLink and Cable Connection manufacturing facilities, engineering initiatives, and production strategies to deliver high-quality connectivity solutions for telecom, energy, and industrial sectors.  Throughout his career, Frank has successfully modernized production facilities by integrating Industry 4.0 technologies, optimizing lean manufacturing processes, and reducing material waste while maintaining strict safety and compliance standards. Frank holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical/Industrial Engineering from University of Berkeley and an MBA from San Jose State University. Known for fostering a culture of continuous improvement and engineering mentorship, he is dedicated to building resilient, sustainable supply chains that power tomorrow's infrastructure.

As the VP of Operations, Jay is instrumental in collaborating with Cable Connection’s customers and suppliers to advance product innovation and ensure manufacturing excellence. Before his tenure at Cable Connection, he was the COO of Acme Portable Machines. His extensive experience also includes leadership roles such as VP of Engineering at Crane/Azonix, CTO and VP of Engineering at Kontron America, and VP of Engineering & Operations at Dolch Computer Systems, among others. Jay holds a BS in Computer Engineering from Boston University, as well as an MS in Electrical Engineering and an Executive MBA from Ohio State University.

Sherry Hsiao (Sherry) joined Bizlink in 2010 and currently holds the position of Senior Accounting Manager at our corporate headquarters in Fremont, California. In this role, she oversees the operational accounting for the site, spearheads the preparation of financial reports, manages the accounting system, and supervises cash flow. Additionally, Sherry is responsible for developing the annual budget and formulating financial forecasts, ensuring the site’s financial stability.  Sherry began her professional journey at KPMG in the Taipei Office, where she provided audit services to clients across various industries. Following that, she served as Senior Accounting Manager at several private companies before joining Bizlink.  Sherry holds an MBA in Accounting from National Taiwan University and a BA in Accounting from National Chung-Hsing University. She is also a Certified Public Accountant in California.

Patrick brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Cable Connection, boasting over 20 years of extensive experience in both the electronic distribution and cable manufacturing industries. Before he became a key player at Cable Connection, he served as the founder of Trinity Electronics, a successful enterprise that functioned as a distributor for more than 30 electronic component companies, as well as a manufacturer of custom cable assemblies tailored to meet diverse client needs. Following the successful sale of Trinity, Patrick transitioned to Cable Connection, where he now holds the position of Director of Sales. In this role, he is instrumental in driving new client acquisition and spearheading product sales on a global scale, leveraging his vast industry insights and connections to contribute significantly to the company's growth and success.

Vince has been a valued member of the Cable Connection team for over 10 years, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge and expertise that is crucial to the company's success. He is responsible for overseeing the overall quality and compliance standards of the organization, ensuring that every aspect of operations meets the highest benchmarks. With 15 years of experience specifically focused on quality management and compliance, Vince has refined his skills in this critical area. Before joining Cable Connection, he held several management positions in the fields of quality engineering, quality control, and quality assurance, which provided him with a comprehensive foundation in quality systems. In his current role at Cable Connection, Vince is committed to leveraging his extensive quality and engineering expertise, along with his industry certifications and management experience, to implement innovative and best-in-class quality program that will drive the company's objectives forward and enhance its reputation in the industry. Vince holds a BS in Electrical Engineering, a MS in Finance, and an MBA from St. Xavier University.

As our Manufacturing Manager, Shannon plays a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of domestic production and production control activities at Cable Connection. With an extensive background in the field, she brings over 30 years of experience in Management and Operations roles to our team. Prior to joining Cable Connection, Shannon held the position of Operations Manager at Wilco Wire Technology, where she spent the past seventeen years refining her skills in the production of custom cable assemblies.  Her wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience make her an invaluable asset to our organization, as she consistently strives to improve efficiency and quality in all production processes.
