We strive to carry out all of our operations in compliance with legal requirements, ensuring that we meet and exceed environmental standards.

In line with this commitment, we have proudly adopted the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) as a comprehensive guideline to inform and shape our own code of conduct. This alignment with RBA's principles underscores our dedication to promoting transparency, fairness, and sustainability in all aspects of our operations.

Health and Safety

At Cable Connection, the health and safety of our employees is fundamental to our corporate culture, driving our decisions and business practices. We are guided by the principles outlined in the United States Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA), which sets and enforces government mandated standards that assures safe and healthy work environments. We also conduct self-assessments and audits to ensure compliance with our health and safety guidelines.

Environment

Cable Connection recognizes the concerns over human health and environmental risks associated with the use of certain hazardous substances in our products. As a result, Cable Connection is actively pursuing and will continue to pursue globally the restricting of use of any hazardous substances or chemicals in its products.


On an ongoing basis, we review and enhance our Compliance Program to meet changing legal requirements, evolving compliance and our customer needs.


Cable Connection continues to comply with the latest changes with various global standards:

  • EU RoHS Directive (2011/65/EU) and all subsequent amendments (Directive 2015/863/EU).
  • REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals, EC 1907/2006) 
  • China RoHS (Order No. 39)
  • CA Prop 65

Ethics and Governance

Supplier shall ensure operations are being performed in a manner that is appropriate, as it applies to their ethical, legal, environmental, and social responsibilities.  It is expected that our suppliers will uphold the human rights of workers, and to treat all employees with dignity and respect. This applies to all workers including temporary, migrant, student, contract, direct employees, and any other type of worker.
